Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I’m glad we can customize the pizza. And I really liked it. And here’s how I told them to customize the pizza - thin crust, creamy garlic sauce, cheese, chicken, bacon, green onion, green bell peppers. And if we compare Papa Murphy’s to another restaurant, it’s as good as the Mosaic Pizza Company restaurant that we used to have on the inside of the Walmart store where I’m working.

It’s not a place where you go inside to eat you just pick up and take it home to take it home to bake. In the past I used to have trouble getting someone to answer the phone so I could order but the last several times it’s been very fast very polite workers. No problems at all. I can’t have pizza, but my kid I loves it. I get the salads without cheese because I can’t have it . The salads are good that you might want to ask for double meat.

I called in a order bc the app was not working and the girls that took my order did not listen so when I got home w my order it was messed up bad. 50 dollars wasted and when I called to complain the girl on p hone said no Manager on duty and she was laughing which made me madder. Very upset and was told Manager would call me back and nothing yet. Very disappointed and upset.

Papa Murphy’s recently changed hands, the new owners Have changed a lot of things. # 1. crust is way too thin now. Went back a second time and ask them to please give thicker crust because I had an issue with the last pizza and the lady was rude. Short blonde hair. Huge gaged earrings. Will not be buying any more great Papa Murphy’s pizza I guess sad, sad. We lost our favorite pizza place.

Order was wrong when got home. Called to ask for refund said they where going to put back on card Dec.2 nothing as of Dec.9th 2023
